The root of the mission
Here, we are a family and our healing space is a sanctuary. Our mission is to EMPOWER our patients to take an active role in their healthcare journey and to EDUCATE them on the complexity of their health and wellbeing by focusing on healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
Set and setting

Space
An intimate Shala was created to take the clinical out of the experience of seeing a Doctor. No scrubs, white coats, or answering service. However, there is an office dog and not to brag but we have a killer sound system with super-fire playlists! In 2020, the pandemic gave us an opportunity to redefine and modify our flow. We currently occupy a mindful, conscious space with an intentionally low carbon footprint. We close for lunch daily and during this sacred time together we eat healthy food that we have prepared, watch lectures on the latest advances in science and wellness, and often take walks outside.

Time
Each person has a unique story. Taking time to listen and create the narrative that represents the individual requires dialogue, research, and coordinated information flow. Keeping our patient population small has made our practice both intimate and fluid. Advocacy, accessibility, and communication are our strong suits. Limiting the number of patients in our practice allows us to create a unique experience catered to each individual. Our space allows us the time to see patients for extended appointment times. We can control the flow of traffic in our space so that each patient has a private, flexible experience.

FAMILIARITY
We know our patients by their first names, not their date of birth. Our method of carefully interviewing prospective members allows us the platform to create a relationship with resonance. The intake process requires gathering your entire medical history and reviewing it prior to your first visit. Really getting to know our patients allows us the ability to better intuitively care for them. Love is the most underutilized component of corporate medicine, we use it liberally. Creating an intimate space with the time to care for people whom we know well and can advocate for. We love the people we take care of. This is not just our job it is our reason for being in this lifetime.

We are a unique model
We are steadfast advocates of ethical care and serve as trusted custodians and fierce guardians at the end of life. Honoring the full spectrum of our human life cycle at the most sacred and soulful time.
Educating patients about all sides of the medical narratives, studies, and vaccines. Promoting bodily autonomy and self-confidence in personal care decisions is an empowerment strategy we promote.
Getting to know people on a very deep and personal level as we have journeyed together through challenging and rewarding times has been a deep privilege that inspires our flow.
Follow-through, follow up and attention to detail allow us to construct and guide patients through various health challenges and realities.

We are trying to set a new standard of care and define a new generation of conscious medicine.
What Does patient participation mean?
Patient participation is different for each individual. It does NOT mean you are the epitome of health. However, it does mean you have to be remotely interested in learning about and implementing to the best of your situational reality, new methods of thinking and new pathways of being, to achieve a quality of life that all beings inherently desire.
Do you have hospital privledges?
Yes. I have been on the staff of Jupiter Medical Center for 30-plus years. I do my most important patient advocacy work while my members are inpatient. I have even done my patient rounds in costume on Halloween!

We hope not! If you mean do we use conventional medicine? Yes. Integrative medicine is the best definition.
